Web site purchase Terms & Conditions

Before making any purchase from 0/3baby via this web site, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. We may vary these
terms from time to time and you should check them each time before you make a new purchase.

  1. Click on "Products " Button, select shop by age, category, shop by brand
  2. Choose the product by age, category, by brand you're interested in, and double click the left mouse button for product details.
    Example: Click on "Strollers" category if I want to look for a stroller. (Or) Search for all items of specific brand.
    Example: Enter "Peg Perego" and enter "Go"
  3. Browse this page; Double click the right top button can rank product by price, alphabetical order . Then look for the product you would like to purchase.
  4. When you have found the products you would like to purchase, click on the "shopping cart" icon at the bottom of the product's description; where it says "Add 1 pc to cart"
  5. Once you have clicked the shopping cart icon, you will find that the top right orange corner of this page, where it states "Shopping Cart - # of Items" will indicate 1 pc.
  6. If you want to shop for more products, repeat Step 3 – 6 before you proceed onto Step 8.
  7. When you have finished shopping, click onto the blue shopping cart box.
  8. The screen will now display your selected products. Click onto "Check Out" to make payment and input your personal information.
  9. Please fill in the order form and click onto "Submit" to send your order to us and connect to secured payment gateway.
  10. Input your credit card information. If the payment has been accepted by the credit card company, we will receive your purchase order.
  11. Upon receiving the order, we will confirm the acceptance by email.
  12. Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details:
    For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online using VISA or MasterCard or FPS.

How do I pay for my products?

  1. We can accept VISA, MASTER cards or FPS.
  2. We will issue confirmation within 48 hours after receipt of your order. We will notify you if we can deliver the goods you have ordered. The value of the undelivered goods will be refunded to your credit card account within 30 days
  3. Once the order is confirmed, you can not make change before the delivery. If you want to make change, we will charge you 20% of your order amount as the administration fee. Please submit your information to us in order to cancel your order. Then, we will refund 80% of goods value from your first order.

Web Order Delivery Policy

Hong Kong Delivery

  1. Delivery can only be made for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung, addresses.
  2. This excludes the Lantau Island, Cheung Chau addresses.
  3. All the products will be delivered by Hong Kong courier company and delivery time will be arranged by this courier company.

International Delivery

  1. If you have selected the delivery locations other than Hong Kong, all prices and door-to-door delivery charges to international addresses are displayed in Hong Kong dollar.
    Only Mainland China delivery has included the import tax.
  2. Products will be delivered by Hong Kong Speed Post and Courier Company.
  3. All delivery locations are displayed in our website

 

Defective products or incorrect products

  1. We can offer one exchange only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Goods must be unused at its original packing together with original proof of purchase and delivery note. No exceptions.
  2. Exchange procedure is simply fill out the "contact us" form that you can find it from our website and send us the form and digital photos to our email service@o3baby.com.hk for our reference. We will inform you once we have verified your information and ask you to send the goods to our office along the original receipt. We do not accept photocopied receipt. Please make copy of your original receipt.
  3. You have to return the defective goods to our office via prepaid, insured and traceable method.
  4. We will be responsible for the return delivery fee.
  5. Exchange must be made directly to our office. Shop exchange is not allowed.
  6. Delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Exchange for other goods

  1. If you are not satisfied with the goods you selected, we can offer one exchange within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Goods must be unused at its original packing together with original proof of purchase and delivery note. No exceptions.
  2. Made to order items and special order items cannot be exchanged.
  3. We will exchange the goods based on the value of original receipt. No refund.
  4. Exchange procedure is simply fill out the "Contact us" form that you can find it from our website and send the information to our email address: service@o3baby.com.hk. Please send the goods to our office along the original receipt. We do not accept photocopied receipt. We will send the goods to you after we have received your returned goods.
  5. You can exchange the item by sending back to us via prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to our office.
  6. Customers will be responsible for both the delivery fee to our office and the return delivery fee to your address.
  7. Exchange must be made directly to our office. Shop exchange is not allowed.

Other Terms & Conditions

  1. Upon delivery, customer should check the quantity and the quality of the ordered items. Whatsoever damages occurred, customer should notify us immediately, or call our Hotline directly at 2422 2101. Otherwise, no indemnification will be reimbursed.
  2. Our company's authorized personnel will judge manufacturing defect of products.
  3. Should there be any dispute on the delivered goods, the display item at our stores will be treated as the final standard.
  4. 0/3 Baby Collection reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
